We built Ledgy to handle the scale and regulatory pressure that public companies face. We've developed dedicated digital infrastructure for issuers with discretionary and broad-based share plans, backed by a team with decades of combined experience in public company equity administration. Our core offering for public companies spans four areas: equity plan automation, compliance, financial reporting, and employee engagement. For automation, we integrate with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, and more than 50 other HR information systems, and support LTIPs, RSUs, PSUs, PSOs, and other award types with complex vesting and performance conditions. For compliance and reporting, we provide a single, accurate source of truth across jurisdictions, with role-based access control, automated error flagging, and country-specific reporting. Notably, we generate share-based payment expensing reports fully compliant with IFRS 2, helping issuers meet quarter- and year-end deadlines with less audit friction. On the engagement side, we offer intuitive, mobile-friendly dashboards so employees can understand and track the value of their equity, alongside document tracking, bulk documentation automation, and DocuSign integration for streamlined onboarding and offboarding. Security is a top priority for us: our public company platform is built with SOC 2 Type 2 compliance, TLS 1.3 encryption, annual penetration testing, multi-factor authentication, and SAML SSO/SCIM provisioning via Okta, Google, and Azure. We support some of the biggest listed companies in Europe and beyond, and we also work with companies preparing to IPO who want to streamline their equity administration ahead of going public.
