schedulR data (news, investors, interactions) is hosted exclusively on AWS in Switzerland. We comply with the revised Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG/FADP) and GDPR, and sign a DPA with every client.
We provide SIX-compliant ad-hoc and news distribution with redundancies across both process and infrastructure. This includes active-active server and storage deployment, backup email distribution, and an automated backup process for Connexor. Since failures in this area are costly, our setup is engineered for resilience and continuity.
DIRO behaves like an IR officer, not a chatbot. It operates under general and company-specific guardrails: answers only from your published materials, every source cited, undisclosed topics declined. Logged questions support AGM prep and trend discovery.
schedulR runs the IRM and news distribution on the same platform. You can see in the IRM which mailings an investor is on, which news they received, and how they engaged — without exporting between systems. Investor and event interactions are logged automatically.
